The Lease
The business and premises are held under a fully repairing and insuring 20-year lease from the Wellington Pub Company and operated by Criterion Asset Management, which commenced in 1992. The lease is subject to rent reviews every 5 years with rent fixed for the next 5 years at £30,000 per annum plus VAT and insurance. The lease is completely free of tie. The lease is held within the Landlord and Tenant Act and is renewable under the same terms at the end of the lease.
