Staffing

The Swan & Rushes staffing is currently as follows:
Manager/Owner: Administration, some bar work, some cooking, some cellar work, purchasing
Assistant Manager (f/t): Bar work, some cellar work, some cooking, managerial duties in owners absence
5 p/t bar staff: Bar work, some cellar work
1 p/t chef: 5 lunchtimes and 2 evenings (26hrs -
not June - Aug)


Staff hours have been reduced since the 2006/7 period and could be significantly reduced further if a new owner took on more bar work personally.
